📬 When does the first box ship?
The first care package ships the first week of classes in Fall 2025. After that, boxes are delivered once a month for the duration of the subscription.

📮 What if my student doesn’t have their college address yet?
No problem! You can reserve your subscription now and send us the shipping address later. We’ll email a reminder before your first box ships.

We ship nationwide and already have subscribers heading to schools like Rutgers, Penn State, University of Michigan, NYU, and the University of South Carolina—plus many more!

❓ Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, our monthly plan can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle. The 6-month plan is prepaid and non-refundable, but you’re free to change addresses if needed.
